In the summer season, you can cancel reservations free of charge until 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations, we charge 80% of the booked room price. This also applies to late arrivals and early departures.

During winter season A, reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, 80% of the booked package price will be charged. This also applies to late arrivals and early departures.

At all other seasonal times, cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival day. After this period, 80% of the booked price will be charged. This also applies to late arrivals and early departures.

Furthermore, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

On the arrival day, your booked room will be available to you from 3 PM. If you plan on arriving after 7 PM, we kindly ask that you let us know.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the room at the latest by 11 AM.

During your stay, you can request an interim statement at any time. On the day of departure, you will receive the final invoice with separate printouts for the individual service groups (treatments, massages, etc.). The outstanding amount must be paid upon departure (deferments are not possible).

For reservations up to 3 nights, we charge a short stay surcharge of €15 per person per night.

You are welcome to bring your dog to our hotel. We charge €15 per dog per day (food not included).

You have the option to add an extra bed in certain rooms. We charge €82 for the extra bed per person per night.

Single occupancy of a double room is possible upon request, depending on the room category and season.
