To give something back to nature, we place great value on the origins and quality of our products, preferably of organic quality. We have strict standards regarding the freshness, natural quality, and regionality of the ingredients used in our food. We aim to protect the origins of our basic products and use local foodstuffs to support our agriculture and cultural landscape.

After the morning sunlight has softly awakened you, a sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits you in our dining room. Discover the large assortment of the finest regional products, such as fresh milk from the farm and our delicious homemade marmalades. Of course, you can also find internationally renowned delicacies, such as a fresh French croissant. You’ll also find the ingredients for a delicious, revitalizing muesli. This is why our breakfast buffet also offers plenty of delicious grains and lots more besides.

Enjoy yourself from morning to night
With our Half Board Plus, we spoil you from morning to night with wonderful culinary delicacies. In the morning, you’ll enjoy our varied breakfast buffet to start the day off right. In the afternoon, we prepare a delicious, hearty snack with a pot of soup and a selection of tea and cakes. The evening meal is the highlight. At our buffet, you can create your own delicious salad. Then we’ll serve you a four-course menu, naturally with vegetarian alternatives.

Restaurant opening hours
Our hotel restaurant opens every evening from Tuesday to Sunday. Our employees at the reception desk will be glad to give you tips and recommendations for nearby à-la-carte restaurants.

From mojito to gin and tonic or a classic martini. Besides classic drinks, we also have a large assortment of wines, spirits, alcohol-free drinks, and invigorating varieties of coffee. Thanks to our excellent assortment of wine and a large selection of organic wine, we can take you on a tour through Austria.
Top quality, guaranteed
We offer traditional Austrian cuisine that has been re-imagined. Our cooking philosophy has been based on the concept of vegetarian whole food for many years. This experience is of particular benefit to us today, and allows us to offer you a special culinary experience, including for vegetarians. We are a member of the AMA Genussregion (“Gourmet Region”)
We are also a member of the association “Kulinarisches Erbe” (culinary heritage), which has given us an award for using regional products of controlled origins. We purchase our meat and dairy products almost exclusively from local farmers, and source almost all our fruit and vegetables from the region (depending on the season and availability).
