Penetrating massages and therapies.
All of us are exposed to daily attacks on our well-being—everyday life tugs at our nerves, and our muscles are increasingly tense. That’s where we come in: listen to your body and let us pamper you. Our treatments boost metabolism, promote circulation, and release tension.

Traditional massage
Full-body or partial massage
Traditional massage is one of the oldest remedies there is. It increases circulation in the skin, connective tissue and musculature, eases pain and general tension, has a positive influence on the internal organs, reduces stress, and improves our general well-being.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
The foot reflexology massage is more than just a local foot massage: All organs have corresponding reflex zones on the feet. By applying thumb pressure to these reflex zones, stimulation is transferred to the corresponding organs and body parts.
We recommend a foot reflexology massage: to mobilize and strengthen the body's natural forces and to stimulate the organs for self-healing.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
according to Dr. Vodder
according to Dr. Vodder
The lymphatic system plays an important role in our body: it functions as a cleansing apparatus, as well as a defense and protection mechanism. Manual lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder stimulates the lymphatic system, leading to an increased elimination of water and metabolic waste products. It has a detoxifying and decongesting effect, while also being calming and pain-relieving.
ACUPUNCTURE MASSAGE
according to Penzel
according to Penzel
Acupressure massage is one of the oldest European meridian therapies, originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine and classical acupuncture principles. The body is treated through its overarching control system, the meridians. The therapist uses a stick to trace along the meridians and acupuncture points.
We recommend an acupressure massage when pain or discomfort are seen as symptoms of a disrupted energy flow, as well as for scar disruption and spine-related issues.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY*
This term refers to the Cranium (head) and the Sacrum (tailbone), which, together with the spine, surround the central nervous system. When the craniosacral system is disturbed by tensions in the meninges, the movement of the meninges and skull bones is affected or even blocked. An experienced therapist detects blockages in the craniosacral structure and releases them with gentle touch. The therapy has a wide range of applications and is used, for example, for migraines, chronic neck and back pain, after accidents and surgeries, and can also help with emotional stress.
CONNECTING TISSUE MASSAGE
A connective tissue massage is a type of "manual stimulation therapy" that involves various skin, subcutaneous, and fascia techniques. These techniques can normalize tension relationships, balance over-tension, regulate the nervous system, and positively influence internal organs. Local adhesions and tensions, which can arise from factors such as lack of movement or surgeries, are released through the massage. We recommend a connective tissue massage for:
- Spine problems
- Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid conditions
- Back and neck pain
- Digestive issues
- Menstrual discomfort
- Recurring bladder infections
- Headaches and migraines
- Fatigue or sleep disturbances
- Respiratory conditions
- Tension
- Scar tissue adhesions
- Stress

Hydrotherapy
RÜCKENBLITZ
The "Rückenblitz" (back blitz) is a hot water jet treatment from hydrotherapy, where the back is treated with a concentrated, strong water jet at a temperature of 38 to 42°C. In addition to the intense heat stimulus, a pressure massage is also applied. The Rückenblitz is especially used for tension, chronic pain, and general relaxation.
We recommend a Rückenblitz for: - Back pain or tension - Stress and nervous tension - Chronic circulation issues in the back

SCHIELE FOOT BATH
The Schiele foot bath is an ascending foot bath that provides passive circulatory training. The initial water temperature is 30°C and is gradually increased by about 10°C over the course of 20 minutes. The goal is to apply thermal stimuli to the soles of the feet, which stimulates the reflex zones and has a comprehensive effect on the entire body. It is important to have a rest period of at least 30 minutes afterward.
We recommend a Schiele foot bath for: - Disruptions in heat regulation (chronically cold feet) - Early stages of colds - Circulatory disorders - Acute and chronic urinary tract infections

Duration Shower according to Dr. Lust
There is hardly any other hydrotherapy that can be as individually tailored to the patient's sensations and constitution. During the treatment, the patient lies on a cushioned bench while warm water (37 to 39°C) is sprayed from a showerhead that moves along a rail, from a height of at least 1.20 meters. The gentle spray, which works as a light vibration massage, loosens all tissue layers. The result is improved circulation, the flushing out of old deposits, and intensive lymphatic drainage. The metabolism is stimulated. The continuous spray strongly influences the elimination organs. Not only the kidneys, but also the intestines, lungs, and skin are encouraged to actively expel waste.

NATURAL PEAT WRAP
Naturmoor has been successfully used for centuries as a heat or cold pack in physical therapy. Peat can be used in many ways: it works for rheumatism, muscle tension, and joint degeneration. It has a spasm-relieving, anti-inflammatory, hormonally balancing effect and provides a special deep action.
Warm Peat Pack: A room-temperature peat pack is layered with a heat carrier warmed to 60 to 65°C and wrapped with a suitable bandage around the desired body region.
Cold Peat Pack: This is used for acute inflammations, sprains, and bruises. It has a heat-absorbing, swelling-reducing, and anti-inflammatory effect.

Wrapped in fragrant and nourishing additives, you lie relaxed on a waterbed. In addition to the soothing heat effect of this "floating bath," the various additives that enclose your body with a film unfold their full effect. The gradually increasing temperature and the "weightless lying" lead to complete relaxation of the muscles and the support system.
Choose from these additives:

THE HAY BAG
The Hay Bag
The hay bag is a warm hay compress that unfolds its effect both locally and deeply, as well as reflexively on the underlying organs at the treatment site. The hay bag has a relaxing and muscle-relieving effect, promotes circulation, stimulates metabolism, has a calming effect, and alleviates pain.
We recommend the hay bag for: non-inflammatory muscle tension and hollow organ conditions (e.g. gallbladder and gastrointestinal colic), wear and tear of the spine and joints in a non-inflammatory stage, and for acute and chronic bronchitis.

THE STEAM COMPRESS
In the steam compress, a linen cloth, rolled into a bundle, is soaked with hot water and caraway oil. It is then wrapped around the abdomen and firmly wrapped with a dry cotton flannel cloth. Two heat carriers enhance the effect of the steam compress. Effect: Intensive, deep warmth, antispasmodic, pain-relieving, and relaxing.
We recommend the steam compress for: bloating, constipation, colic of the abdominal and pelvic organs, bladder infections, stimulating metabolism, weight issues, restlessness, and sleep disorders.

COLD SEAWEED LEG WRAP
The seaweed is mixed with warm water to create a creamy paste and then cooled to a temperature of 4 to 6°C. The cold paste is applied to the entire legs for about 20 to 30 minutes. The seaweed wrap has a toning effect, relieves congestion due to the content of ivy and horse chestnut, and strengthens the resistance of the capillary vessels.
We recommend the cold seaweed leg wrap for: venous issues, leg pain caused by congestion edema ("heavy legs" due to poor circulation).

HOT ROLL
A funnel-shaped rolled towel is soaked with hot water and rolled over the skin in targeted movements. This creates an intense, deep warming effect locally. We recommend the hot roll for: local warming after cold exposure (e.g., for back pain), bronchial conditions, as well as for general relaxation and muscle loosening.
